Infinity Supps is a family-owned supplement store based in Jimboomba, Queensland, offering a large range of premium supplements, protein, pre-workouts and in-store café options including smoothies and acai bowls. With a growing product catalogue and a loyal local community behind them, the business deserved a Shopify store that matched their ambition, but their previous web designer had left them with something that fell well short of the mark.
Infinity Supps came to us frustrated. Their existing Shopify store hadn’t been built with their business in mind, the theme was a poor fit for a large inventory, the navigation was clunky, and the overall experience wasn’t converting the way it should.

They booked a full Shopify VIP Day with us to turn things around quickly and properly.
We used the full eight hours of the VIP Day to rebuild a newly chosen Shopify theme from the ground up with the right foundations. The theme was suggested by us specifically to handle a large product inventory, giving the store the structure and flexibility it needed to grow. A mega menu was built to make navigation intuitive across a wide range of categories, ensuring customers could find exactly what they were looking for without any friction.
The app stack was reviewed and streamlined, with guidance provided on choosing the right tools for their specific needs, replacing what wasn’t working with solutions that actually served the business. The result was a store that finally looked and felt the way the Infinity Supps team had always envisioned it.
