BACKGROUND
Built on a strong foundation of plumbing experience, Rozelle Plumbing was established in 2012 to service the inner west suburbs of Sydney. In a market with fierce competition, it was important for Rozelle Plumbing to be found easily by their potential customers, so the website needed a strong organic marketing strategy.
SCOPE
Rozelle Plumbing already had two websites to service their business when they engaged Naked Digital to redesign and combine both websites into one. The new WordPress website needed to have as little impact as possible on the business’ existing search rankings, as it is very important for their business to be found on Google easily.
Organic Marketing Strategy
With relevant copy and sound design principles, the website was developed not just to provide a great user experience, but to also work well in search engines. A comprehensive organic marketing strategy is essential for any small business to be able to reach customers without the expense of advertising.
SEO
A prerequisite of the website migration was the emphasis on maintaining the existing website’s searchability. We had to be particularly mindful of SEO during migration so that the new website would rank highly for the client’s chosen keywords.
minimalist design
In order for the website to portray a high-end impression and separate itself from the competition, a minimalist design was required instead of the flashy style commonly seen in the plumbing industry. Tying in the website with the company’s branding was also important for brand recognition.
Website maintenance
One of our post-launch services includes monthly maintenance of WordPress websites. The maintenance package includes daily backups and performance scans, essential plugin and WordPress theme updates, and a monthly maintenance report including Google Analytics website statistics.
