With a passion for sustainability and environmental change, co-founders Lyndell and Darren, have created a unique proposition in the coffee world. In order to get their message across and to build a like-minded community, they needed a website that conveyed the true essence of the brand and brought their product into people’s homes.
MOA Coffee Co. was a brand new business with no prior online presence. Our challenge was to bring to life an ambitious vision, strong branding and include functionality on the website to facilitate a founding membership for a pre-launch campaign and subscription model for the product.
MOA Coffee Co. was first launched with a Founding Membership subscription a month before the launch of the full website. This enabled the brand to create excitement in the community and reward first adopters with an exclusive subscription prior to opening up the website to the general public.
A lot of thought was put into the uncomplicated design of the website in order to let the vision speak for itself. An uncluttered and easy to navigate website was required for optimal customer experience and conversion.
As well as a number of variations of grind and bag size, you can buy MOA’s coffee products as a once-off, or you can purchase a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription. An app compatible with Shopify was used to facilitate the subscription model for the customer and for MOA’s support team.
Email Marketing Integration
Klaviyo was the easy choice for eCommerce email marketing. Essential flows such as welcome series and abandoned cart emails were set up to manage and nurture the customer purchase experience.
